About the Role This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales and Marketing Supervisor located in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The responsibilities include overseeing sales and marketing strategies, conducting market research, analyzing data to identify trends, and managing communication strategies. Additionally, the supervisor will develop market plans, guide sales efforts, ensure the achievement of sales targets, and foster strong customer relationships. Qualifications Proven capabilities in Sales, including setting and achieving targets Has a strong network and connections in big chains of pharmacies, beauty, and wellness sectors. Excellent Communication skills for building customer relationships and effective team collaboration. Strong knowledge and proven experience in the Saudi Market. Proficiency in Market Planning and Market Research Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data and drive informed decisions Experience in supervising marketing and sales operations is an advantage Bachelor’s degree in Pharma or a related field. Candidate must have 5-7 years of proven sales experience in the Saudi Market, Excellent communications skills and ability to present the company and the brands in a professional manner.
