Strong experience in testing Jira workflows, processes, and configurations within a banking environment. This role will work closely with business stakeholders to ensure that Jira solutions are accurately built, rigorously tested, and aligned with regulatory and operational requirements of the bank.
Key Responsibilities:Lead the quality assurance process for Jira workflows, configurations, and end‑to‑end process designs. Collaborate closely with business teams across banking functions to validate requirements and ensure solutions meet operational, compliance, and regulatory standards. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, scripts, and scenarios for all Jira features and custom workflows. Identify defects, track issues, and work with Jira administrators and technical teams to resolve them. Provide recommendations to improve workflow design, automation, and governance within Jira. Ensure QA processes are aligned with banking controls, risk frameworks, and audit requirements.
Qualifications:Strong hands‑on experience testing Jira workflows, processes, and platform functionality. Proven background in the banking or financial‑services sector, with understanding of regulatory and operational needs. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with ability to work closely with business users. Experience in structured QA methodologies, defect management, and process validation.
