Our client, a prominent bank in Riyadh, is seeking an experienced Process Improvement Manager for a 12-month contract engagement. The successful candidate will lead initiatives focused on process reengineering and optimization across key business areas to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve overall service performance.
Key Responsibilities:Identify, analyze, and redesign existing processes to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Drive process improvement initiatives using structured methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma. Collaborate with senior stakeholders across business units to implement measurable performance enhancements. Ensure alignment of process improvement projects with organizational objectives and regulatory requirements. Develop and present business cases, data-driven insights, and progress reports to management.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or a related field (MBA preferred). Proven experience in process improvement, business transformation, or operations excellence within consulting or banking environments. Strong knowledge of process mapping, data analysis, and performance measurement tools. Certified in Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt) or an equivalent continuous improvement certification. Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and project leadership skills.
