Talent Acquisition Specialist

Job Purpose
The Talent Acquisition Specialist oversees internal and external recruitment according to job descriptions, competencies, and behavioral requirements, in line with the annual recruitment plan approved by management and within the budget allocated for each position. They also contribute to the onboarding of new employees, monitor internal recruitment requirements and resources, and coordinate orientation programs for new hires, their departments, and current employees.
Job Requirements Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Human Resources.
Years of Experience: 3 years of relevant experience in Human Resources, preferably in the contracting, finishing, and decoration sector.
Essential Skills and Knowledge: Knowledge of HR management processes and practical knowledge of the company's operations and activities within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Job Duties and Responsibilities Key Results Areas1. Maintaining the annual recruitment plan and its budget, vetting candidates, reviewing their resumes, and developing initial nominations based on job descriptions, work requirements, and the competencies required for each position. 2. Review resumes, conduct initial screenings, and assess candidates to determine their suitability for specific roles. Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers to ensure a smooth and efficient process and test candidates' suitability for the job requirements and behavioral competencies specified for each position.
3. Manage salary negotiations, present job offers, and facilitate the offer acceptance process. Utilize data and metrics to track and evaluate the effectiveness of recruitment strategies and identify areas for improvement to ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures.
4. Prepare and review complete recruitment documents before submitting them to the HR Operations department to finalize recruitment and employment contracts. Register new employees and their job details on the Odoo system and ensure all contract documents and data for new employees are uploaded to the system.
5. Work closely with hiring managers to collect and coordinate data on potential talent and analyze it to develop targeted action plans at appropriate levels.
6. Manage the onboarding program for new employees, assisting them in adapting to the work environment and providing the necessary resources to perform their duties smoothly and efficiently. Monitor the performance of new employees with their direct manager during the probationary period.
