Hiring: Country Manager – Saudi Arabia (Riyadh)
As part of our expansion into the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, we are looking for a Country Manager to lead the establishment and growth of a new business in Riyadh.
This is a senior leadership role with full country ownership - ideal for a commercially driven, hands-on leader who enjoys building businesses from the ground up.
Who we’re looking for:Proven experience as a Country Manager, General Manager, or Business Head Strong understanding of the Saudi market, consumer behavior, and local business landscape Background in marketplace platforms, retail, digital, or multi-vertical businesses Ability to scale operations, lead cross-functional teams, and drive P&L performance A strategic thinker who can execute with speed, ownership, and accountability This role is for leaders who want to shape strategy, build teams, form partnerships, and represent the business at a country level.
