Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end implementation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP Success Factors modules(Employee Central, Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Learning, etc.). Act as a trusted advisor to HR and IT stakeholders, gathering business requirements and translating them into scalable system solutions. Provide expert guidance on SAP HR best practices and process optimization. Lead system testing, user training, and post-go-live support. Troubleshoot complex system issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives. Mentor junior consultants and support project delivery teams. Stay up to date with the latest Success Factors features, releases, and industry trends.

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field. SAP Success Factors Certification.5+ years of proven experience as a Success Factors Consultant. Strong hands-on implementation experience in SAP Success Factors modules and SAP HR with Payroll. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. Ability to lead projects independently and work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
