Job Purpose: The Sales Analyst plays a critical role in supporting data-driven decision-making across the retail business. The role focuses on analyzing sales performance, financial results, and customer experience, while developing performance indicators and assessing the effectiveness of multi-channel sales operations. This position contributes directly to profitability improvement, service quality enhancement, and the successful execution of digital transformation and sustainable expansion initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Analyze retail sales performance, financial metrics, and customer experience data to provide actionable insights. Develop, monitor, and enhance Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) aligned with business objectives. Evaluate the effectiveness of multi-channel sales platforms and customer touchpoints. Prepare analytical reports and executive dashboards to support senior management decision-making. Partner closely with Sales, Operations, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and data accuracy. Support digital transformation initiatives through data analysis and performance tracking. Identify trends, risks, and opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency. Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives across retail operations.
Qualifications & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, Statistics, or a related field. Minimum of 3 years of experience in business analysis or data analysis within the retail sector. Proven hands-on experience in sales analysis, financial performance analysis, and customer experience analytics. Strong experience working with Sales and Operations teams.
Skills & Competencies Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and extract meaningful insights. Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, SQL, Power BI, and data visualization tools. Project Management: Ability to track initiatives, timelines, and deliverables effectively. Strategic Communication: Strong skills in preparing executive-level presentations and reports. Systems Knowledge: Solid understanding of Power BI and analytics platforms. Stakeholder Management: Ability to collaborate effectively across multiple departments.
