Job Title: IT Sales Executive / Technology Sales Specialist Role Purpose Drive revenue growth by selling IT solutions that solve real business problems. You’ll work directly with decision-makers to understand their needs and position technology as a strategic advantage—not just a product.

What You’ll DoIdentify, qualify, and close new business opportunities for IT solutions and services Build strong relationships with CIOs, IT Managers, and business leaders Understand client challenges and propose tailored solutions (software, hardware, cloud, cybersecurity, or services) Prepare and deliver compelling demos, proposals, and presentations Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to design winning solutions Manage the full sales cycle—from lead generation to contract signing Maintain accurate pipeline and forecasts using CRM tools Stay up to date with technology trends and competitor offerings

What Success Looks Like Consistently achieving or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets Growing a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities High customer satisfaction and repeat business Becoming a trusted advisor to clients, not just a vendor

Required Skills & Experience Must Have2–5+ years of experience in IT / B2B / Technology Sales Strong understanding of IT solutions (software, cloud, networking, cybersecurity, ERP, etc.) Proven ability to close deals and manage long sales cycles Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Nice to Have Experience selling enterprise or government solutions Familiarity with CRM systems (Salesforce, Odoo) Technical background or pre-sales exposure
