Job Summary:This role requires a Business Analyst with strong data analysis capabilities, excellent English communication skills, and hands-on experience in reporting and dashboard development to support decision-making and improve business performance.
Key Responsibilities:Analyze data and transform it into meaningful insights and reports. Gather and analyze business requirements and coordinate with stakeholders. Prepare periodic reports and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). Use Excel at an advanced level (Pivot Tables, Advanced Formulas). Design and develop interactive dashboards using Power BI. Provide data-driven insights and recommendations. Document business requirements, processes, and gap analyses.
Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Data Analysis, or a related field. Excellent command of the English language (written and spoken). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially:Excel (Advanced level) Power BI (Professional level) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:Experience in building executive dashboards and reports. Knowledge of SQL or other data analysis tools is a plus. Experience in corporate, financial, or service-based environments is an advantage
