You will be the forefront of driving national economic transformation. We are seeking mission-driven professionals to join our Investment & Privatization team.
This opportunity to manage state assets, facilitate private sector participation, and communicate our nation’s economic progress to the market. We are looking for individuals who combine efficiency and a commitment to public service.
Main Responsibilities
Members of this team work collaboratively across the lifecycle of investment management and market engagement. Depending on your experience, you will be involved in:
Investment Lifecycle Management: Identifying and evaluating strategic investment opportunities and conducting rigorous financial modeling, due diligence, and risk assessments. Privatization Frameworks: Executing the divestment of state assets and managing the transition of public services to private sector participation through PPPs and other structures. Valuation & Financial Analysis: Developing and reviewing complex valuation models (DCF, Multiples, LBO) to ensure the fair market value of government-held entities. Investor Engagement: Managing the flow of information to the global investment community, maintaining a robust pipeline of potential partners, and organizing investor roadshows and conferences. Transaction Execution: Leading or supporting the negotiation and closing of high-value transactions, including the management of external legal and financial advisors. Performance Monitoring: Tracking the post-privatization or post-investment performance of assets to ensure alignment with national strategic objectives and KPIs. Policy & Reporting: Drafting high-level briefs, investment memos, and annual reports for government leadership, ensuring all activities comply with regulatory and transparency standards.
Academic Qualifications & Professional Certifications A Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field. Professional Certifications such as (CFA, CPIR/IRC, CMA, CPA ... etc.) are preferable.
Core Competencies Analytical Rigor: Ability to deconstruct complex financial data and market trends into actionable insights. Strategic Communication: Excellence in articulating the "Investment Case" to local and international stakeholders. Public-Private Diplomacy: The ability to bridge the gap between public sector mandates and private sector commercial interests. Regulatory Compliance: A strong grasp of the legal frameworks governing public funds, privatization, and capital markets. Integrity: A commitment to the highest standards of ethics and transparency.
