Responsibilities

  • Partner with business leaders in the Energy Services sector to provide HR guidance and support.
  • Implement HR policies and procedures aligned with strategic objectives.
  • Drive talent management processes including recruitment, performance management, and succession planning.
  • Support employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
  • Manage employee relations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and company policies.
  • Analyze HR metrics to inform decision-making and enhance organizational effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with other HR functions (e.g., Learning & Development, Compensation & Benefits) to ensure integrated service delivery.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Provide coaching and support to managers on employee performance and development issues.


Skills

Essential Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of local employment laws and human resources best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.
  • Proficient in HR software and tools.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality.

Desired Experience

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in human resources, specifically within the energy or services sectors.
  • Proven experience in HR business partnering and organizational development.
  • Experience in driving HR transformation and change management initiatives.
