This role is pivotal in identifying business opportunities, managing tenders, and securing contracts by collaborating with clients, consultants, and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Identifying and pursuing sales opportunities in the FM sector
- Searching, preparing, and submitting tenders and RFQs through client portals
- Coordinating with technical and operations teams for pricing and proposals
- Preparing commercial offers, presentations, and bid documentation
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and FM decision-makers
- Following up on submitted tenders and negotiating contract terms
- Maintaining an updated sales pipeline and tender tracking reports
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in FM sales and tendering
- Strong knowledge of tendering processes and contract negotiations
- Advanced English proficiency (spoken and written)
- Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills
