In this role, the Sales Representative will be responsible for:
- Generating and developing business opportunities in construction and facade maintenance.
- Promoting rope access solutions for high-rise buildings and complex structures.
- Engaging with contractors, developers, consultants, and property owners.
- Preparing quotations, proposals, and technical submissions.
- Coordinating with operations teams to ensure feasibility and pricing accuracy.
- Following up with clients to close deals and secure long-term contracts.
- Maintaining CRM records and sales performance reports.
Qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, along with 3–5 years of experience in construction or rope access sales.
Candidates should have an understanding of façade systems, cleaning, and maintenance works, as well as advanced English proficiency.
Strong communication, negotiation, and client management skills are essential for success in this position.
