HR Office is responsible for assisting in building The Bridge Co.’s organizational capability and effectiveness through excellent HR practices covering manpower planning, recruitment, personnel administration, performance management, training & development, ethical and legal compliance and reward management to enhance employee commitment and retention in The Bridge Co.
Key Responsibilities:
- Administer the implementation of recruitment, testing and selection procedures and ensure the application of equal opportunity principle.
- Implement activities related to recruiting, reviewing applications and CVs, evaluating applicant skills, making recommendations based on the applicant qualifications, preliminary interviews as well as conducting reference checks on possible candidates.
- Prepare employment offers and contracts for new employees after completion of the selection process as per the terms and conditions of the Saudi Labor Law and in accordance with the policies and procedures of The Bridge Co.
- Organize and document the contractual relationship to maintain the right of both parties according to terms and conditions of the contract, applicable laws and regulations.
- Ensure the availability and periodic maintenance of job descriptions by coordinating with department managers to reflect any changes in the duties and responsibilities for the current positions; administer the development of job descriptions for the new created positions.
- Conduct new employee orientation to prepare them for the organization’s culture and foster positive attitude towards The Bridge Co. in order to provide new employees with the appropriate knowledge about The Bridge Co. and the job.
- Assist in the development of training manuals, testing and evaluation procedures, multimedia visual aids and other educational materials.
- Provide employees with performance evaluation forms and collect the forms once they are filled; provide assistance to employees when conducting performance evaluation.
- Maintain compensation and benefits programs as well as collaborate with outside providers to administer all benefit plans such as short and long term incentive schemes, job evaluation and salary administration and annual merit increase that are in line with The Bridge Co. policies.
- Oversee HR systems, personnel files and employee records on a continuous basis with all related administrative information (annual leave, sick leaves, maternity leaves; promotions, benefits, increments, deductions, invoices granted to employees; employee status changes, etc.) in order to ensure an efficient retrieval of information when needed.
- Update Human Resources records by recording new hires, transfers, terminations, changes in job classifications, merit increases, tracking vacation, sick, and personal time, etc.
- Investigate accidents, injuries, and cases of misconduct by employees and prepare and file reports of accidents and injuries.
- Generate reports as needed by management to monitor, measure and report on HR issues, opportunities and development plans and achievement within agreed formats and timescales.
- Implement the Human Resources & Administration Department’s policies and the set procedures in order to achieve the Human Resources & Administration Department’s objectives.
- Perform other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Management.
Skills
Qualifications & Experience:
- Bachelor Degree/ Diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field.
- Minimum of 2– 3 years of experience in the same or related field.
- Proficiency with all government platforms like QIWA, GOSI, Absher, Muqeem, and Mudad.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic language.
