The role is responsible for supporting revenue growth by maintaining sales activities for designated Hajj and Umrah business lines, focusing on building strong relationships with clients for Hajj and Umrah business, while ensuring consistent reporting and client engagement.
Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong relationships with key contacts in Hajj missions / travel agencies for large-scale Hajj business and with GSAs/agents for Umrah, ensuring both segments receive tailored solutions and support.
- Maintain updated records of key contacts, agreements, trading history and client database, including Hajj mission officials and key travel agency staff, and coordinate with relevant teams for targeted ATL/BTL campaigns.
- Track sales performance consistently, including seats sold and revenue per account, while identifying upselling opportunities and implementing incentive programs to maximize returns.
- Monitor and report on top-performing Hajj missions and agencies, applying the 80/20 principle to focus on high-value accounts and drive sustainable growth.
- Prepare meeting minutes and sales activity reports, ensuring timely follow-up on action items and providing updates to management and leadership as required.
- Present the airline’s full portfolio of services, products, and digital tools to clients, ensuring alignment with their operational and commercial needs.
- Conduct structured sales visits on weekly basis to Hajj missions, GSAs, and travel agents in assigned markets.
- Participate in trade events, promotional campaigns, and exhibitions to strengthen the airline’s presence in the Hajj & Umrah market.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
- Minimum 2+ years’ experience in aviation sales preferably in Hajj & Umrah field or travel agency.
- Prior customer service experience is an advantage.
- Client relationship management (Hajj missions, GSAs, agencies)
