- Sustainability Strategy & Initiatives
|
- Develop and propose sustainability initiatives aligned with Elm’s sustainability strategy and Group objectives.
- Support improving sustainability ratings and overall ESG positioning.
- Ensure alignment of sustainability initiatives across departments and subsidiaries.

- Sustainability Monitoring & Performance Management
|
- Monitor group-wide sustainability performance and ensure effective execution across departments and subsidiaries.
- Track sustainability activities and progress toward centralized sustainability targets.
- Review inputs provided by departments and subsidiaries and consolidate performance insights.

- Regulatory, Standards & Market Developments
|
- Monitor and report on global and regional sustainability developments, including regulations, standards, and policy changes.
- Assess implications of sustainability-related regulatory updates on Elm’s operations and disclosures.
- Provide regular updates to relevant stakeholders and committees.

- Investor Engagement & External Communication
|
- Facilitate investor engagement by managing sustainability-related communications.
- Share investor feedback and insights with the Sustainability Committee.
- Support transparent and consistent sustainability messaging to external stakeholders.

- Sustainability Reporting & Ratings

- Manage the annual Elm Sustainability Report and related disclosures.
- Coordinate engagement with sustainability rating agencies and external assessors.
- Ensure accurate, consistent, and credible representation of Elm’s sustainability performance.

- Surveys, Questionnaires & Digital Presence
|
- Manage group sustainability-related surveys and questionnaires.
- Oversee sustainability website content and updates to enhance transparency, accessibility, and stakeholder engagement.
- Ensure sustainability information is current, accurate, and aligned with approved disclosures.

- People Management
|
- Manage the activities and work of subordinates and evaluate their performance by providing formal and informal feedback to ensure that all work within a specific area is carried out in an efficient manner and in accordance with set individual targets.
- Stimulate subordinates and manage the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of systems, processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement.
