Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Provide advanced clinical assessment, diagnosis support, and care planning for patients across various departments.
  • Develop and implement evidence-based care protocols, guidelines, and clinical pathways.
  • Serve as a clinical resource and mentor for nursing staff, confirming best practices and ensuring protocol adherence.
  • Collaborate with physicians, allied health professionals, and administrative teams to optimize patient outcomes and care coordination.
  • Monitor patient progress, evaluate treatment effectiveness, and adjust care plans as needed.
  • Participate in quality improvement initiatives, patient safety programs, and risk management activities.
  • Provide patient and family education, counseling, and support to enhance understanding of conditions and treatments.
  • Contribute to discharge planning, follow-up care, and referral processes to ensure continuity of care.
  • Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in accordance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Stay current with medical advances, incorporating innovative practices and technologies where appropriate.

 

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (جامعي) or equivalent nursing qualification from an accredited institution.
  • Current and valid nursing license to practice in Saudi Arabia.
  • Saudi-specific regulatory knowledge and familiarity with national healthcare standards and patient safety guidelines.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, patient-centered environment.
  • Excellent analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with proficiency in English and Arabic; medical terminology proficiency is preferred.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team and participate in extended-hour schedules if required.
