#Hiring Mechanical Technician – Analyzer Shelters resources for our Sistering Company in KSA.

Key Responsibilities
•            Maintain and repair sample conditioning hardware: sample coolers, heat exchangers, chillers, pumps, strainers, valves, and flow control devices.
•            Inspect and maintain mechanical components of analyzer shelters: doors, hinges, racks, mounting frames, ventilation ducts, and shelter structure.
•            Perform installation and alignment of mechanical equipment inside shelters (coolers, pumps, chillers, blowers).
•            Maintain and troubleshoot cooling water lines, drain systems, condensate traps, and sample disposal lines.
•            Support fabrication and modification of tubing, brackets, supports, and mechanical assemblies.
•            Conduct leak testing, hydrotesting, and integrity checks of sample lines and mechanical joints.
•            Assist during shutdowns, commissioning, and upgrades of analyzer shelters and sample handling systems.
•            Follow safety, isolation, and permit-to-work procedures.
Skills & Competencies
•            Strong hands‑on experience with mechanical components in analyzer shelters or process plants.
•            Skilled in tubing, fittings, gasket replacement, and mechanical troubleshooting.
•            Knowledge of cooling systems, ventilation, and shelter mechanical utilities.
Qualification
Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering with 3–7 years of experience in analyzer shelters or mechanical maintenance.
