Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Shawarma Cook who specializes in Turkish-style shawarma. 

The ideal candidate will be hardworking, team-oriented, and able to maintain a positive attitude while working in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook authentic Turkish-style shawarma according to established recipes and quality standards
• Marinate, season, and handle meats properly to ensure excellent taste and consistency
• Operate shawarma equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of the kitchen, workstations, and equipment
• Follow food safety and sanitation regulations at all times
• Work collaboratively with kitchen staff and support team members as needed
• Serve customers respectfully and maintain good behavior with both colleagues and the public

Requirements:

• Proven experience preparing Turkish-style shawarma
• Strong work ethic and ability to handle busy working hours
• Positive attitude and good communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a multicultural environment
• Team player with respectful and professional behavior

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience in a restaurant or fast-food kitchen

• Knowledge of food hygiene and safety standards

  العمل بروح الفريق الواحد مع طاقم المطبخ وأعضاء فريق الدعم عند الحاجة

  تقديم خدمة مميزة للزبائن والتحلي بحسن السلوك مع الزملاء والجمهور
