Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Field Sales/Knowledge Trainer based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The Field Sales Trainer will be responsible for designing and delivering sales/knowledge training sessions, coaching sales teams, and providing support to enhance their performance. The role involves evaluating training needs, creating training content, supporting commercial team with giving in market insights, creating development plans, and collaborating with team members to optimize sales strategies. The trainer will also specialize in beauty sales training to drive performance in a professional manner.
Qualifications Proficiency in Sales Training and delivering effective learning programs Experience in general Training and Coaching to enhance team development Strong Sales and Beauty Sales skills to align with the company's objectives Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire sales teams Ability to work on-site in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience in sales and training Knowledge of the beauty, skincare, or healthcare industries is a plus
