Company description Bena Development is looking for an SEO and Digital Marketing Specialist to help grow our brands online and turn traffic into real business results.
This role is for someone who understands both strategy and execution. You’ll be working closely with the marketing and operations teams, managing campaigns, improving search visibility, and tracking performance across multiple brands.
What you’ll be doing Plan and execute SEO strategies for websites and landing pages Perform keyword research, on-page SEO, and content optimization. Manage and optimize Google Ads and Meta ad campaigns Monitor website performance using tools like Google Analytics and Search Console Improve conversion rates through data-driven insights Prepare simple performance reports with clear takeaways Work with designers and content creators to align visuals and messaging
What we’re looking for Proven experience in SEO and digital marketing Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, and basic media buying Hands-on experience with SEO tools and analytics platforms Ability to analyze data and turn it into action Good communication and time management skills Experience handling multiple brands or projects is a plus
Nice to have Experience with local SEO and Google Maps optimization Knowledge of e-commerce and lead generation funnels Familiarity with the Saudi market
