Role Purpose
The Business Developer will be responsible for developing LUSEO's business in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and MEA. The role focuses on identifying potential clients especially public Institutions, architects, developers) by building strong relationships and generating new business opportunities to support the company’s commercial objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute a business development strategy to expand LUSEO in KSA. Conduct prospection and outreach to architects, engineering firms, consultants, developers, and other relevant targets. Identify new market opportunities and potential client segments. Build strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers in the architecture and engineering ecosystem. Present LUSEO's services and technical capabilities to potential clients. Follow up on leads, prepare proposals in coordination with the technical team, and support the closing of deals. Maintain updated records of meetings, pipelines, and opportunities. Track industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments in KSA. Ensure monthly and quarterly achievement of sales targets.
Requirements
3 to 5 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in engineering Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Result-oriented mindset with a proactive and driven personality. Ability to understand technical services and present them effectively. Excellent networking skills with the ability to build trust with clients. Fluency in English and Arabic (French or Spanish a plus) Based in KSA
