Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Affairs Director and Board Secretary based in Jiddah. The role involves providing strategic legal counsel to the organization, ensuring compliance with legal standards, managing contracts, and overseeing legal issues related to operations, mergers, and acquisitions (M&A). The Legal Affairs Director will also serve as the Board Secretary, managing corporate governance, preparing and maintaining official records, and coordinating with board members to ensure efficient communication and decision-making.
Qualifications
Expertise in Legal Compliance and handling Legal Issues Proficiency in Contract Management and policy formulation Experience in Law and advising on legal matters Strong knowledge of Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) and corporate restructuring Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proven ability to lead teams and handle confidential matters Bachelor’s degree in Law or related field; advanced legal qualifications are an asset Knowledge of corporate governance and experience as a Board Secretary is highly desirable
