Brand Executive
Role Overview
We are seeking a local Brand Executive with a strong understanding of Saudi culture and Arabic communication to support brand development in Saudi Arabia.
This role will serve as a key local communication hub, responsible for localized content creation, social media execution, KOL and media collaboration, brand events, and community engagement.
The ideal candidate is hands-on, highly connected to the local market, and able to independently manage day-to-day brand communication with local partners, creators, media, and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Local Content Creation (Core Responsibility)
Ø Plan, shoot, and edit localized social media content (short videos, Reels, Vlogs, etc.)
Ø Develop creative video concepts aligned with local trends, product USPs, and audience preferences
Ø Ensure content tone, visuals, and storytelling resonate with Saudi audiences
2. 2 Saudi Social Media & Platform Operations
Ø Manage daily brand operations across major Saudi social platforms (Instagram, TikTok, X, YouTube, Facebook, etc.)
Ø Create and localize Arabic-first content aligned with Saudi culture, trends, and user behavior
3. Local Media & KOL Management
Ø Identify, build, and maintain relationships with Saudi local media and Arabic-speaking KOLs/creators
Ø Manage KOL communication, briefing, coordination, content review, and follow-up
Ø Support KOL strategy and collaboration planning for different products and campaigns
4. Product Launches & Brand Events
Ø Support planning and execution of local product launches, hands-on sessions, and brand showcases
Ø Coordinate with local vendors, agencies, photographers, videographers, and media partners
5. Brand Marketing Campaign Execution
Ø Participate in the local planning and execution of brand marketing campaigns
Ø Translate brand strategies into clear, actionable local execution plans
6. Local Community & Circle Expansion
Ø Build and expand relationships with key local communities (photography, content creators, youth culture, etc.)
Ø Explore new local collaboration opportunities and cultural touchpoints
Ø Strengthen the brand’s long-term presence within Saudi cultural and creative circles
Requirements
Ø Saudi national or Arab candidate with long-term residence in Saudi Arabia and strong local cultural understanding
Ø Native Arabic proficiency (spoken and written)
Ø Working proficiency in English for internal communication
Experience & Background
Ø 2–5 years of experience in branding, marketing, social media, or content-related roles
Ø Strong understanding of Saudi/local content trends and social media ecosystem
Ø Hands-on experience working with KOLs, media, agencies, or local suppliers
Content & Technical Skills (Key)
Ø Ability to independently shoot and edit videos (mobile or camera-based)
Ø Familiarity with common video editing tools such as CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut, etc.
Ø Strong sense of visual storytelling, pacing, and social media performance metrics
