Job Title: Chief Executive Officer (CEO) – Non-Profit Organization Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Company: Confidential (Non-Profit Organization) Role Overview:We are seeking a visionary and values-driven Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead a non-profit organization dedicated to delivering social impact, community development, and sustainable programs aligned with national priorities. The CEO will be responsible for setting the strategic direction, establishing and scaling organizational structures, ensuring effective governance, and driving long-term sustainability. This role requires proven experience in establishing and building non-profit organizations from inception, along with strong leadership, stakeholder engagement, and governance capabilities. Key Responsibilities:Strategic Leadership & Governance Define and execute the organization’s mission, vision, and long-term strategy. Lead the establishment and development of the non-profit’s governance framework, policies, and operating model. Work closely with the Board of Directors to ensure compliance, transparency, and ethical standards. Translate strategic objectives into structured programs with measurable social impact. Organizational Setup & Operations Establish organizational structures, operating procedures, and internal controls. Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency, accountability, and sustainability. Ensure sound financial management, budgeting, and reporting in line with non-profit and donor requirements. Fundraising & Partnerships Design and lead fundraising strategies, grant acquisition, and donor engagement initiatives. Build and maintain strategic relationships with government entities, donors, sponsors, NGOs, and private sector partners. Represent the organization in public forums, stakeholder meetings, and strategic engagements. Program Development & Impact Lead the design, launch, and evaluation of social programs aligned with community needs and national development goals. Establish impact measurement frameworks to assess program effectiveness and outcomes. Promote innovation and continuous improvement across initiatives. People & Culture Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing leadership team and workforce. Foster a culture of integrity, collaboration, accountability, and purpose-driven performance.
