Key responsibilities:
Identify and establish relationships with key stakeholders in schools, universities, banks, hospitals, and government authorities. Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership strategy aligned with business objectives. Conceptualize and implement collaborative initiatives that enhance brand visibility and drive customer engagement. Work closely with internal teams to align partnership activities with marketing and sales efforts. Devise promotional campaigns and activities tailored to specific partner segments. Leverage partnerships to increase brand awareness and customer acquisition. Lead negotiations for partnership agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms and conditions. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments. Identify opportunities for new partnerships based on market insights. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, sales, and product, to ensure seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
Education Qualification:

Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. Additional certifications in Business Development or Partnership Management would be a plus. Proven experience in developing and managing successful partnerships. Min 2 years of experience in a similar role with a track record of achieving partnership objectives. Strong negotiation and communication skills. In-depth knowledge of partnership strategies, business development, and market trends. Ability to analyse data and market insights to identify and capitalize on partnership opportunities. Proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
