We are assembling a small core team to architect a next-generation platform built primarily on open-source technologies.
This role is for someone who understands systems, not silos—and can design how AI, ERP, marketplaces, investment workflows, and gamification logic work together as one coherent platform.
This is not employment. This is an equity-based builder role for someone seeking long-term ownership, not short-term income.

Core Responsibilities
1. Platform Architecture (System-Level) • Design a modular, scalable platform architecture using open-source foundations. • Define how multiple systems integrate, communicate, and evolve. • Ensure flexibility, extensibility, and long-term maintainability.
2. Open-Source Systems Integration
Hands-on experience across multiple domains, including: • LLMs (open models, inference, orchestration) • AI agents & autonomous workflows • ERP systems (e.g., Odoo, ERPNext, or similar) • Freelance / marketplace platforms • Investment & deal-flow platforms • Gamification & game-mapping systems
You will decide what to build, adapt, or integrate—pragmatically.
3. AI & Intelligent Layer • Architect how LLMs and AI agents interact with workflows and data. • Define agent boundaries, permissions, and control logic. • Ensure AI systems are explainable, auditable, and production-ready.
4. Founder & Product Collaboration • Work directly with the founder on system design decisions. • Translate abstract ideas into structured technical architecture. • Prevent over-engineering and ensure technical realism.
5. Documentation & Governance • Document architecture decisions, dependencies, and standards. • Define technical guardrails for future contributors.

Required Profile • Strong, proven experience with open-source software ecosystems. • Hands-on exposure to multiple platform types, not just one stack. • Demonstrated ability to architect systems, not just implement features. • Comfortable operating in early-stage ambiguity. • Systems thinker with long-term technical vision. • Clear communicator who can explain architecture to non-technical stakeholders.
