Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Sales Supervisor role based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a Sales Supervisor, you will lead and manage a sales team, set sales targets, and monitor performance to ensure team success. Your daily responsibilities will include training and mentoring sales staff, analyzing sales data, maintaining relationships with key clients, and developing strategies to improve sales. You will also ensure adherence to company policies and provide regular reports to management.
Qualifications
Strong sales skills including customer acquisition, account management, and business development. Leadership abilities to manage and mentor sales teams, promote collaboration, and boost team performance. Data analysis and reporting skills to track sales figures, generate insights, and suggest strategies for growth. Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and problem-solving to ensure client satisfaction and effective team management. Knowledge of the food and consumer goods market, with experience in the distribution and marketing of products. Proficiency with CRM software and other sales-supporting tools is preferred. Fluency in Arabic and English, both written and spoken. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; prior experience in a supervisory sales role is highly desirable.
