About the Role We are seeking an experienced Travel Advisor to join our growing team in Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will handle flight bookings, hotel reservations, holiday packages, and corporate travel arrangements, delivering high-quality service to VIP and business clients.
Key Responsibilities Manage and process reservations using GDS systems (Amadeus / Galileo) Design customized travel solutions for leisure and corporate clients Handle changes, reissues, upgrades, and special travel requests professionally Ensure accuracy of all bookings and travel documents in line with company SOPsProvide excellent customer service and build long-term client relationships
Required Qualifications Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in the travel industry Strong working knowledge of Amadeus or Galileo Fluent in Arabic and English High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills Ability to work under pressure and manage urgent or time-sensitive bookings
