Job Summary-

We are looking for a Security Supervisor to oversee our security operations and ensure the safety of our premises. The Security Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of security guards, implementing security protocols, and responding to any security incidents.

Job Responsibility-

Supervise and train security staff to ensure they are performing their duties effectively Develop and implement security procedures and protocols Monitor surveillance equipment and respond to any security breaches Conduct regular patrols to ensure the security of the premises Coordinate with local law enforcement in case of emergencies Investigate security incidents and provide reports to management

Candidate Requirements-

Proven experience as a Security Supervisor or similar role Ability to lead and manage a team Knowledge of security protocols and procedures Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong problem-solving abilities Physical fitness and the ability to work in high-stress situations
