Qawafel is transforming B2B trade by connecting manufacturers, suppliers, and retailers through a seamless, technology-driven marketplace platform. As we expand across the region, we’re looking for a driven Saa S Sales Executive to accelerate our growth and strengthen our ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
Full Sales Cycle Ownership• Identify, prospect, and engage new clients including suppliers, manufacturers, and business operators to join the Qawafel ecosystem.• Lead discovery calls to understand client workflows, commercial needs, and supply challenges, aligning them with Qawafel’s solutions.• Deliver clear and compelling demos that showcase Qawafel’s value and operational impact.• Prepare proposals, manage pipelines, and consistently close deals to achieve monthly sales targets.• Negotiate contracts with confidence and strong commercial awareness.• Support new clients through onboarding and activation for a seamless marketplace experience.• Act as the main point of contact to ensure client satisfaction, adoption, and long-term retention.• Provide training, follow-ups, and basic technical support to drive platform usage.• Identify upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities across accounts.
Coordination & CRM Excellence• Collaborate closely with product, operations, and support teams to ensure a smooth customer journey.• Maintain accurate CRM documentation for leads, opportunities, and accounts.• Share insights and feedback to enhance sales processes and improve product-market fit as Qawafel scales.

Requirements• 1+ years of experience in sales, business development, customer success, or account management (Saa S/tech preferred).• Strong hunter mentality with confidence in outreach, demos, and closing deals.• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic fluency is a strong plus.• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing parallel sales conversations.• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.• High EQ and the ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.• Bonus points for experience in marketplaces, supply chain, wholesale, or B2B sectors.
