Job Description: Team Leader – Project Sales (Residential Segment)



Role Overview:

The Team Leader for Project Sales in the Residential Segment will drive back-to-back project sales activities for Schneider Electric’s residential product range. This role involves leading a team of 3-4 sales professionals across multiple regions, ensuring the achievement of sales KPIs and expanding market presence, including in remote areas.


Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of project sales professionals to achieve and exceed sales targets.

• Plan and execute sales strategies for residential projects, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the residential and related market segments.

• Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and proposal development to closing deals and post-sale support.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, consultants, contractors, and stakeholders.

• Ensure effective coverage of assigned regions, including remote areas, through team coordination and resource allocation.

• Monitor team performance, provide regular feedback, and implement development plans to address skill gaps.

• Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, technical support, operations) to deliver bundled solutions and cross-sell products.

• Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to adapt sales strategies.

• Uphold Schneider Electric’s values of integrity, accountability, and customer focus in all activities.

Skills

Qualifications:


• University degree in Engineering or Commerce.

• Minimum 7-10 years of experience, with at least 5 years in sales and sales management.

• Proven track record of sales performance and consistent sales closing.

• Experience working in international or semi-international organizations preferred.

• Demonstrated ability to sell and bundle packages, with cross-selling expertise.

• Experience leading sales teams across multiple regions, including remote areas.

• Strong leadership, coaching, and team development skills.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Fluency in Arabic and English is a must.

• Willingness to travel across Saudi Arabia as required.
