1. Market Development & Lead Generation

  • Identify, engage, and qualify new business opportunities within the Physical Access Control, ELV, and Security Systems sectors across KSA.
  • Build relationships with system integrators, contractors, consultants, and end-users in both government and private sectors.
  • Conduct regular field visits to construction sites, offices, and industry events to collect market intelligence and potential project leads.
  • Generate detailed lead reports and opportunity pipelines to be shared with the Dubai head office for evaluation and follow-up.

 

2. Technical & Commercial Coordination

  • Understand client requirements technically and align them with DFS Group’s product offerings (HID, ACRE, Thales, etc.).
  • Prepare basic techno-commercial proposals, BOQs, and preliminary solution outlines under the guidance of the Dubai team.
  • Support pre-sales discussions with technical clarifications and ensure smooth handover of qualified leads to the regional sales team.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams to ensure proposals meet local market standards and project specifications.

 

3. Sales Support & Brand Positioning

  • Conduct product presentations and sales pitches to consultants, contractors, and clients to introduce DFS Group’s solutions.
  • Act as the first point of contact for customers in KSA — ensuring quick communication, trust-building, and professional representation of the brand.
  • Support marketing activities, exhibitions, and roadshows organized by the company in the Saudi market.
  • Track competitors’ activities, pricing trends, and upcoming tenders to provide strategic feedback to the management.

 

4. Reporting & Market Intelligence

  • Provide weekly and monthly reports detailing leads, client meetings, market trends, and competitor updates.
  • Analyze the demand for Access Control, CCTV, and ELV solutions in various sectors (government, education, healthcare, oil & gas, hospitality, etc.).
  • Advise management on potential channel partners, resellers, and key accounts to develop long-term partnerships.

 

5. Compliance & Representation

  • Ensure all market engagements comply with the company’s corporate ethics, brand guidelines, and local regulations.
  • Represent the company professionally in all meetings, exhibitions, and client interactions, maintaining a strong brand image for the company in Saudi Arabia.
