Plan and publish high‑velocity Arabic social content for clinics and doctors, coordinate shoots, manage captions and community hand‑offs, and track performance to generate qualified inquiries and bookings.
Key Responsibilities
· Own the monthly content calendar (specialties, doctors, promos, health awareness).
· Coordinate on‑site shoots with doctors and the Reel Maker; maintain an asset library.
· Write Arabic captions aligned to brand voice and local tone; avoid misleading medical claims.
· Coordinate with Moderators for DMs/WhatsApp and escalate hot leads to the Call Center.
· Produce weekly performance reports (Reach, Views, ER, Saves, Leads).
· Manage rights usage, before/after media compliance, and approvals workflow.
· Design TOF/MOF/BOF structures per specialty with clear testing roadmaps.
· Implement pixels/conversions, offline events, and UTM governance; connect to Call Center and WhatsApp/CRM reporting.
· Continuously test creatives, offers, and audiences; scale budgets responsibly to hit CPL/CPA targets.
· Run Google Search and select PMax/YouTube campaigns for medical queries and intent capture.
· Publish daily/weekly reports (CPL, CTR, CPM, CVR, ROAS, Cost/Booking) with clear next actions.
· Maintain platform compliance for medical topics and proactively reduce rejection/disable risks.
· Partner with Call Center on lead quality, speed‑to‑contact, attendance, and no‑answer reduction.
