Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients (contractors, consultants, facility owners, specifiers) in Saudi Arabia and the broader Gulf region.
- Understand client requirements and tailor technical proposals/products to meet ventilation, HVAC, kitchen-exhaust and fresh-air solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations for our key brands (e.g., Commercial Kitchen Hood centralized air-conditioning , kitchen ventilation equipment).
- Prepare detailed quotations, technical specifications, system layouts in collaboration with engineering/design teams.
- Coordinate with project & design teams to ensure product compliance, installation requirements, lead-times, and after-sales support.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities and industry developments to identify new business opportunities.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs while maintaining company brand standards and service excellence.
- Provide feedback and technical insight to product management and operations teams to continuously improve our offering.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of experience in sales or technical sales for Kitchen Hoods, HVAC, kitchen-ventilation, or commercial ventilation systems.
- Strong technical understanding of Kitchen Hoods, ventilation systems, air-handling units, VRF systems, fresh-air systems, and kitchen-exhaust hoods
- Proven track record in meeting or exceeding sales targets in a B2B industrial/commercial environment.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic knowledge is a strong plus.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and to liaise with engineers/consultants.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills, time management, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
