We are seeking an experienced and resourceful Accommodation Department Manager for our client, a top-tier Facilities Management Service Provider based in Riyadh, to manage all accommodation facilities and camps across multiple projects within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. This role is critical to ensuring the efficient, safe, and cost-effective management of staff accommodations, including labour camps and executive housing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in facilities management, budgeting, P&L oversight, and multi-site operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and oversee the operations of all accommodation facilities and camps across all active and upcoming projects within the Kingdom.
- Coordinate relocation and mobilization of staff between sites based on project demands.
- Prepare, manage, and control departmental budgets for all accommodation-related activities across the Kingdom.
- Monitor and report on P&L for the accommodation department.
- Drive cost-saving initiatives while maintaining quality and compliance.
- Ensure full compliance with Saudi labour laws, municipal regulations, and internal health and safety policies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Facility Management, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or related field.
- Relevant experience in managing accommodations or camps across multiple sites
- Strong understanding of budgeting, cost control, and P&L responsibility.
