<h4>About the role</h4> <p>On behalf of Zimmermann, we are hiring for a retail manager to oversee our existing stores in KSA and Bahrain, and who will be part of the growth of the brand in the Middle East.</p> <p>Zimmermann is one of Australia's leading and most respected fashion designer brands. Zimmermann's ready-to-wear and swim and resort collections are sold through Zimmermann boutiques and high-end retailers both in Australia and internationally. We maintain stand-alone retail stores throughout Australia, Europe, UK, USA, and China and a successful online business.</p> <h4>What you'll be doing</h4> <p>The retail manager will be responsible for training and developing the teams to achieve sales growth, profitability, and client excellence, ensuring optimal in-store policies and procedures adherence and KPIs achievement. Foster professional relationships through retail training programs and leadership skills. Your broad responsibilities will include:</p> <ul> <li>Ensure client satisfaction and achieve consistent sales and KPIs.</li> <li>Develop strategies and action plans for sales targets.</li> <li>Maximize sales through service strategies, tracking performance, and motivating teams.</li> <li>Regularly report performance and mentor store managers.</li> <li>Provide feedback on stock issues and ensure product knowledge among team members.</li> <li>Manage and grow the client database in compliance with GDPR.</li> <li>Ensure accurate client details and product availability for appointments.</li> <li>Communicate with clients about new launches and organize appointments.</li> <li>Develop teams in client service, brand, and product knowledge.</li> <li>Train stores in online fulfillment and policies.</li> <li>Lead and motivate teams to achieve KPIs.</li> <li>Provide feedback and conduct regular meetings to discuss performance and development.</li> <li>Lead and inspire the retail team.</li> <li>Oversee recruitment and onboarding of store managers.</li> <li>Manage stock accurately and efficiently.</li> <li>Monitor stock losses and work with the buying and planning team for consolidations.</li> <li>Manage store expenses and ensure timely reporting.</li> <li>Maintain high visual presentation standards.</li> <li>Assist with new store setups and ensure weekly floral arrangements.</li> <li>Provide feedback on maintenance and ensure timely completion of works.</li> <li>Drive in-store events and manage them per company expectations.</li> <li>Enter client details post-event and send thank you notes.</li> <li>Report event details to management.</li> </ul> <h4>What you'll need to succeed</h4> <ul> <li>This role will be based in Riyadh, KSA.
