Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Account Officer to manage financial records, handle accounts payable and receivable, and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate financial records, including payments, receipts, and expenditures.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, process invoices and payments, and follow up on overdue accounts.
- Prepare financial statements and reports.
- Reconcile bank and credit card statements regularly.
- Verify invoices for accuracy.
- Track and analyze expenses to support cost control.
- Record and reconcile incoming payments.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
- Provide financial analysis and advice to management.
- Communicate with clients regarding payments and account inquiries.
- Supervise bookkeeping or finance team members when required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proven experience in accounting or finance.
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication skills in English.
