As Spa Manager, you’ll ensure smooth daily operations while elevating the guest experience.
You will:
- Oversee day-to-day spa operations—including staff scheduling, facility upkeep, and adherence to health & safety standards.
- Hire, train, and supervise therapists, receptionists, and support staff, fostering a high-performance, client-focused team.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by responding promptly to guests' needs and feedback.
- Manage financials by developing budgets, monitoring expenses, and driving profitability through efficient operations and promotions.
- Lead marketing strategy development—including social media, promotions, and partnerships—to attract and retain clients.
- Oversee inventory—maintaining supplies and equipment, and liaising with vendors to ensure quality and favorable terms.
- Monitor service quality and implement improvements based on client feedback and performance metrics.
- Ensure strict compliance with hygiene, sanitation, and safety regulations, providing a safe environment for staff and clients.
