Job Description

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Barista to join our team and deliver exceptional beverage experiences. 

As a Barista, you will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee, tea, and specialty drinks while maintaining a clean and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and create a friendly atmosphere
• Take accurate orders and recommend drinks based on customer preferences
• Prepare and serve beverages following recipes and presentation standards
• Operate espresso machines and brewing equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain the cleanliness of the bar area, tools, and seating zones
• Restock supplies and monitor inventory levels
• Process payments (cash and card) and handle transactions professionally
• Comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Communicate customer feedback and suggest menu improvements

Skills & Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Barista or in food service is a plus
• Hands-on knowledge of coffee brewing techniques and equipment
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure
• Basic math skills for handling transactions
• Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays
• High school diploma required; barista training or certification is a bonus
