Job Vacancy – Restaurant Manager (Bakery or Pizza Specialty)
Requirements:
Must be a resident of Jeddah only.
3 to 5 years of experience in restaurant management, specifically in bakery or pizza operations.
Excellent English language skills (spoken and written).
Strong leadership, team management, and
Operational control skills.
Valid residence permit (for non-Saudis).
Must be ready to start immediately
Proficiency in POS systems and operational reporting tools.
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily restaurant operations and ensure product and service quality.
Supervise and manage staff schedules and performance.
Control inventory and manage supplier orders as needed.
Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
Handle customer feedback and improve overall guest experience.
Prepare operational and performance reports for upper management.
Train and develop team members to maintain high service standards.
