الوصف الوظيفى :-

•  Minimum of 10+ years of experience in finance, with at least 7 years in a real estate or property management role. 
• Strong understanding of real estate finance, including investment analysis, budgeting, financial modeling, and reporting. 
•  Experience with financial systems, ERP software, and proficiency in Excel. 
•  Skills & Knowledge: 
•  In-depth knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards specific to the real estate industry. 
•  Ability to analyze financial data, identify trends, and provide strategic financial guidance. 
•  Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams. 
•  Experience in cash flow management, forecasting, and budgeting for real estate projects. 

خبرة لا تقل عن ١٠ سنوات في مجال المالية، منها ٧ سنوات على الأقل في مجال العقارات أو إدارة الأملاك.

 فهم متعمق للتمويل العقاري، بما في ذلك تحليل الاستثمارات، ووضع الميزانيات، والنمذجة المالية، وإعداد التقارير.

 خبرة في الأنظمة المالية، وبرامج تخطيط موارد المؤسسات (ERP)، وإجادة استخدام برنامج إكسل.

 معرفة متعمقة باللوائح المالية ومعايير الامتثال الخاصة بقطاع العقارات.

القدرة على تحليل البيانات المالية، وتحديد الاتجاهات، وتقديم التوجيه المالي الاستراتيجي.

مهارات تنظيمية وقيادية وتواصلية قوية، مع القدرة على التعاون مع فرق متعددة الوظائف.

خبرة في إدارة التدفقات النقدية، والتنبؤ، ووضع الميزانيات لمشاريع العقارات.
