Responsibilities
- You'll be a hunter, developing new business opportunities and building strong relationships with potential clients. If you have experience in event sales, these responsibilities will be second nature!
- You have to be resourceful, proactive, and results-oriented, able to manage multiple leads and proposals simultaneously while maintaining a high level of organization and attention to detail.
- The core of your role lies in identifying client needs, assisting in crafting compelling proposals, negotiating contracts, and exceeding sales targets.
- You’ll need to be able to assist our creative and design team in developing creative and innovative concepts that align with client objectives and budgets.
- You’ll need to be able to collaborate effectively with internal teams (project management, creative, design, etc.) to ensure seamless execution and client satisfaction.
- You’ll need to be a master communicator, able to clearly articulate your ideas and build rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds.
Requirements
- We’re looking for individuals who are self-starters and possess a strong work ethic.
- A degree in marketing, business, or a related field is preferred, along with proven experience in event sales or a related field.
- Ability to lead or manage client relationships and expectations.
- Ability to develop creative and persuasive sales presentations.
- You need to be articulate and possess excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent command of the English language is essential. Additional language skills (especially Arabic!) are a major advantage, given our regional presence.
