Measure the effectiveness of the organization’s performance.

Provide professional business process improvement support to all JCDC functions by developing and updating policies, process, and procedures.

Supervise the development and implementation of effective business excellence processes and systems to drive higher operational efficiency in the organization.

Guide the development and implementation of a robust quality management system to ensure alignment of relevant business processes with international standards.

Coordinate with JCDC business functions to ensure proper documentation, standardization and improvement of business processes, achievement of better alignment between different activities and improvement of overall strategy execution.

Monitor the progress of all other organizational excellence and change management initiatives against KPIs and department objectives on a regular basis. Recommend improvements and efficiencies in line with JCDC’s institutional priorities.

Nurture a culture of continuous improvement and innovation inside JCDC to achieve higher operational excellence maturity.

Liaise with IT and business leaders to identify new technologies / systems / approaches across the organization to increase the effective utilization of resources and improve the speed and quality of deliverables/ services provided by each function.

Coordinate with the Audit function to define and implement organizational wide compliance strategies and mitigation plans to minimize exposure to potential risks.
