Key Activities

  1. Daily Operations
  • Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
  • Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of department / section to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards
  1. Business Development
  • Assist in collecting the requirements for Business case to determine the scope
  • Analyse  the internal environment for help and determine the feasibility
  • Analyse the external environment for determine the needs , pains and collect required data
  • Analyse the stakeholder for determine the roles and responsibility Analyse the market for testing it  
  • Analyse the cost estimation for make sure of the feasibility
  1. Market Research
  • Studying the competitors to know your strength and weakness
  1. Policies, Processes & Procedures
  • Follows all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
  • Complies with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
  1. Information Security
  • Complies with all relevant information security practices and standards to ensure data integrity and confidentiality
