JOB DESCRIPTION
Develop and execute the planning and scheduling activities to ensure successful project completion according to JCDC general instructions and procedures.
Conduct regular reviews of project schedules, including critical milestones, revised and recovery plans, to ensure coverage of scope and timely delivery.
Assess the impact of project changes (scope, resources, delays) and implement timely schedule updates.
Identify schedule deviations, bottlenecks, and risks, recommending corrective actions to maintain project control.
Support project teams to define project schedules, dependencies, resource allocation, and timelines, ensuring alignment with project timeline.
Work with the Estimating team to ensure accurate cost loading in alignment with the approved Cost Breakdown Structure (CBS), ensuring consistency and traceability between the project schedule and cost estimates.
Prepare periodic schedule reports, including dashboards, Earned Value Management (EVM) metrics, and variance analyses.
Develop and monitor Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) across JCDC projects.
QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, project Management or a related field from a reputable university.
Minimum 8 years of experience in a similar role.
Proficient in English language is a must, Arabic language is preferred.
