Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, conversions, and retention.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends.
  • Create and manage growth experiments to test and optimize strategies.

Data Analysis:

  • Analyze user data to identify key growth metrics and trends.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform growth strategies and decision-making.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards to track growth performance and KPIs.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing, product, and data teams to align growth initiatives with overall business goals.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement growth strategies and campaigns.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on growth performance to stakeholders.

User Acquisition:

  • Develop and execute user acquisition campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, SEO, paid advertising).
  • Optimize acquisition funnels to maximize conversion rates and ROI.
  • Identify and leverage new channels and partnerships for user acquisition.

User Engagement and Retention:

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase user engagement and retention.
  • Create and manage user onboarding and activation programs.
  • Analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for improving user experience and retention.

Innovation and Improvement:

  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing.
  • Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance growth performance.
  • Continuously improve growth processes and tools.

 

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 6+ years of experience in B2C / B2B business growth or a similar role.
  • Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
  • Proficiency in growth marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, AppsFlyer).
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the startup ecosystem.
  • Knowledge of SaaS business models and metrics.
  • Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools.
