Responsibilities:
Strategy Development:
- Develop and implement comprehensive growth strategies to drive user acquisition, engagement, conversions, and retention.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities and trends.
- Create and manage growth experiments to test and optimize strategies.
Data Analysis:
- Analyze user data to identify key growth metrics and trends.
- Use data-driven insights to inform growth strategies and decision-making.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track growth performance and KPIs.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with marketing, product, and data teams to align growth initiatives with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement growth strategies and campaigns.
- Provide regular updates and reports on growth performance to stakeholders.
User Acquisition:
- Develop and execute user acquisition campaigns across various channels (e.g., social media, email, SEO, paid advertising).
- Optimize acquisition funnels to maximize conversion rates and ROI.
- Identify and leverage new channels and partnerships for user acquisition.
User Engagement and Retention:
- Develop and implement strategies to increase user engagement and retention.
- Create and manage user onboarding and activation programs.
- Analyze user behavior to identify opportunities for improving user experience and retention.
Innovation and Improvement:
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in growth marketing.
- Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance growth performance.
- Continuously improve growth processes and tools.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 6+ years of experience in B2C / B2B business growth or a similar role.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in growth marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, HubSpot, AppsFlyer).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience with A/B testing and experimentation.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in the startup ecosystem.
- Knowledge of SaaS business models and metrics.
- Familiarity with SQL and data visualization tools.
