Performs receiving, storage and delivery operations to beneficiaries.

Performs inventory maintenance tasks, protects it from damage and loss, and takes the necessary measures to dispose of stagnant and damaged items.

Implements the mechanism for receiving items after completing all purchasing procedures and storing them according to sound storage principles.

Performs tasks to ensure that the items actually in stock match the book value.

Performs the process of disbursing items needed by departments and sections according to disbursement orders.

Participates in monitoring the movement of materials, minimum and maximum limits, and demand limits, organizing periodic lists of item movements, and providing all data related to inventory upon request.

Performs the process of recording item movements in item cards based on documents, and preserving and archiving documents.

Performs the annual inventory process with the annual inventory committee.

Participates in activities to follow up on inventory validity and ensure that inventory is exhausted before the expiration date and prepares damage reports.

Participates in coordination activities with the Operations and Maintenance Department to maintain and improve warehouse and storage sites to preserve materials.

Adheres to work controls and behaviors, cybersecurity policies of the ministry, and procedures specific to the organizational unit.

Perform any other duties assigned by immediate supervisors.
