Key Accountabilities

Key Activities

  1. Daily Operations
  • Follow the day-to-day operations related to own job to ensure continuity of work
  • Contribute to the identification of opportunities for continuous improvement of processes and practices taking into account ‘international best practice’, improvement of business processes, cost reduction and productivity improvement
  • Assist in the preparation of timely and accurate reports of Consulting department / section to meet company and department requirements, policies and standards
  1. Planning & Monitoring

 

  • Assist in evaluates project complexity, assumptions, constraints and dependencies.
  1. Elicitation

 

  • Captures the information provided in elicitation sessions captures Effectively the information provided in elicitation sessions to meet business needs and requirements
  • Validates the requirements with consultant and senior consultant to meet the business needs
  • Assist in uses a variety of appropriate elicitation techniques
  1. Requirements Management  and Communication

 

  • Assist in prepares requirements documentation

 

  1. Requirements Analysis
  • Organizes and synthesizes the large amounts of information provided by stakeholders to meet business requirements.
  • Prioritizes requirements effectively
  1. Solution Assessment & Validation
  • Assist in allocates stakeholder and solution requirements among solution components
  • Assist in assesses the organizational readiness for the new solution
  1. Policies, Processes & Procedures
  • Follow all relevant departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out in a controlled and consistent manner
  • Comply with all relevant safety, quality and environmental management policies, procedures and controls to ensure a healthy and safe work environment
  1. Information Security
  • Comply with all relevant information Security practices and standards to ensure data integrity and confidentiality
