Job Description:
We are seeking a Contract Engineer proficient for a housing construction project.
Key Responsibilities:
1- Communicate effectively with subcontractors and suppliers.
2- Draft and review contracts independently.
3- Ensure compliance with Arabic laws and regulations.
4- Manage contract documentation and negotiations.
5- Provide support in resolving contractual disputes.
Requirements:
1- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
2- Strong communication skills.
3- Familiarity with Arabic laws.
4- Relevant work experience in contract engineering.

نبحث عن مهندس عقود للعمل في مشروع بناء سكني.
المهام الوظيفية:
1- التواصل الفعال مع المقاولين من الباطن والموردين.
2- صياغة ومراجعة العقود بشكل مستقل.
3- ضمان الامتثال للقوانين واللوائح العربية.
4- إدارة وثائق العقود والمفاوضات.
5- تقديم الدعم في حل النزاعات التعاقدية.
الشروط:
1- إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية.
2- مهارات اتصال قوية.
3- معرفة بالقوانين العربية.
4- خبرة في مجال هندسة العقود.
